The result of the election Tuesday made some changes in the membership 
of the county board. In most instances the chairman not coming back, 
declined a re-election.

The November 16, 1912 Adams County Press listed the New Chester township representative 
attending the County Board meeting: W. B. McClyman. John Hobart, Monroe twp representative,
was elected chairman of the Board of 1912, he was also board chairman in 1911.
