2. Place of abode: house number (in cities or towns)
3. Place of abode: number of dwelling house in order of visitation

5. Name of every person whose usual place of abode on April 1, 1930, was in this family. (enter surname first, then given and middle initial if any; include every person living on April 1, 1930, omit children born since April 1, 1930.
6. Relationship of this person to the head of the family.
7. Home Data: House owned or rented
8. Home Data: Value of home, if owned, or monthly rental, if rented.
9. Home Data: Radio Set
10. Home Data: Does this family live on a farm?
11. Personal Description: Sex
12. Personal Description: Color or race
13. Personal Description: Age at Last Birthday
14. Personal Description: Marital Condition
15. Personal Description: Age at first marriage
16. Education: attended school or college any time since Sept. 1, 1929
17. Education: Whether able to read and write
18. Place of Birth: Person
19. Place of Birth: Father (of person in no. 18)
20. Place of Birth: Mother (of person in no. 18)
20. Citizenship: Year of Immigration to the United States
21. Citizenship: Naturalized or Alien
22. Citizenship: Whether able to speak English
23. Occupation
24. Industry
25. Employer (E), Wage or Salary Worker (W) or own account (O)
26. Employment: Whether actually at work, yes or no
27. Employment: Line number for unemployed
28. Veterans: Whether a veteran, yes or no
29. Veterans: What war or expedition (see above)
30. No. on farm schedule
